3.4 cita66 reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any time, including but not limited to: government-issued photo identification, proof of address issued within 90 days, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable time may result in Account suspension or fund withholding until verification is complete.
3.5 Accounts are for personal use only. You may not hold a cita66 Account on behalf of a third party or allow any third party to use your Account credentials.
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your cita66 login credentials, including your username and password. cita66 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account.
4.2 Any activity conducted through your Account, whether authorised by you or not, is your responsibility. cita66 will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to maintain appropriate security of your credentials.
4.3 You must notify cita66 Support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to, or use of, your Account. cita66 may temporarily suspend the Account pending investigation.
4.4 You must not share your Account credentials with any other person. Accounts found to be shared with or accessed by multiple individuals may be suspended.
5.1 cita66 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the payment methods listed on the Platform, which include Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, and USDT TRC20. Supported methods and minimum/maximum limits are subject to change and are detailed on the relevant deposit/withdrawal pages.
5.2 All deposits must be made from payment accounts owned by and registered in the same name as the cita66 Account holder. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
5.3 Withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC verification. cita66 aims to process approved withdrawal requests promptly; actual crediting times depend on the payment method selected. e-Wallet withdrawals are typically processed faster than bank transfers.
5.4 cita66 reserves the right to delay, withhold, or decline withdrawal requests pending investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or incomplete KYC documentation.
5.5 Any withdrawal processing fees applicable to the chosen payment method are the Player's responsibility unless otherwise stated by cita66 at the time of the transaction.
5.6 cita66 does not accept deposits from credit cards. All deposits must be made using the approved payment methods listed on the Platform.
6.1 All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by cita66 are subject to specific Terms that will be communicated at the point of offer. Players must read and accept these individual promotion terms before opting in.
6.2 Wagering Requirements must be met in full before Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds can be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement multiplier and eligible games will be specified in the promotion-specific terms.
6.3 Bonuses are issued at cita66's sole discretion. cita66 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time, including in cases where the Platform reasonably suspects bonus abuse.
6.4 Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, low-risk hedging strategies designed to clear wagering requirements, or exploitation of promotional errors — will result in forfeiture of all associated bonuses and winnings, and may result in Account termination.
6.5 Unless specifically stated in a promotion's individual terms, bonuses are available to one eligible Account per household or IP address.
7.1 Each game available on cita66 is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail for matters relating to game mechanics and outcomes.
7.2 Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and markets and are displayed within the game or betting interface. cita66 reserves the right to amend bet limits at any time.
7.3 All game results determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) are final. Live dealer game results as determined by the physical game play are final once the round is completed and accepted by the system.
7.4 In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, cita66's decision on the outcome or void of that round is final. cita66 is not liable for game interruptions caused by the Player's internet connection or device.
7.5 cita66 reserves the right to void bets or game rounds where there is evidence of exploitation of technical errors, pricing errors, or other system faults.
7.6 Sportsbook bets are settled in accordance with the individual sport rules as outlined on the sportsbook section of the Platform. In-play bet acceptance is subject to the sportsbook engine's real-time availability.
8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the cita66 Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent termination, and forfeiture of all associated funds:

9.1 All content on the cita66 Platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, logos, text, graphics, and design elements — is the intellectual property of cita66 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. No other rights are granted.
9.3 Reproducing, distributing, modifying, or creating derivative works from any cita66 content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cita66 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, game interruptions, or payment processing delays.
10.2 cita66's total liability to any Player for any direct claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 cita66 does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, free from errors, or free from harmful components. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated where possible, but cita66 is not liable for unplanned outages.
10.4 Gambling involves risk. You acknowledge that you may lose funds wagered and that cita66 is not responsible for gambling losses incurred through lawful use of the Platform.
11.1 cita66 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We provide a suite of self-management tools accessible from your Account settings, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion.
11.2 Self-exclusion, once activated, removes access to the Platform for the selected period. cita66 will not knowingly reinstate access during an active self-exclusion period. Players seeking to self-exclude should contact cita66 Support immediately if they experience difficulty accessing the self-exclusion tool.
11.3 Players who believe they may have a problem with gambling are strongly encouraged to seek independent support. cita66 supports the responsible gaming resources provided by recognised international gaming authorities and third-party support organisations.
11.4 cita66 will never market to a Player who is subject to an active self-exclusion or cooling-off period.

12.1 cita66 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:
12.2 Upon termination for breach, cita66 may withhold any balance that is the subject of, or derived from, the conduct giving rise to termination. Real Money Funds not subject to dispute will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method after investigation.
12.3 Players wishing to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting cita66 Support. Any outstanding wagering requirements on Bonus Funds will lapse upon Account closure. Real Money Funds will be returned via the verified withdrawal method after KYC is confirmed.
13.1 cita66 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Notice of material changes will be provided via the Platform and/or to your registered email address.
13.2 The version of the Terms in effect at the time of any dispute shall govern that dispute unless cita66 determines that a more recent version should apply in the interests of fairness.

14.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which cita66 holds its international gaming authorisation.
14.2 In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the cita66 Platform, you agree to first contact cita66 Support to seek an informal resolution. cita66 will endeavour to resolve all genuine complaints within a reasonable time.
14.3 If an informal resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism provided by cita66's international gaming regulator. Details of the applicable regulator are available upon request from cita66 Support.
14.4 You agree that any legal proceedings arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the governing jurisdiction identified in clause 14.1.
